Shipping in Mexico

Shipping is free for customers. We ship across Mexico’s 32 states; availability for your address is confirmed at checkout. Contact us before purchasing if you need delivery information for your destination.

Warranty and quality issues

RoutinePair and GlowEdit come with a 1-year warranty. If you notice a quality issue, send a video showing the problem through our official support channels. Our engineering team will review it. Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect rather than damage caused by the user, we will replace the product with a new one at no cost.
