RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY
Red/yellow: 3–5 times per week on healthy skin with no broken areas or obvious discomfort. Adjust frequency to your skin and stop immediately if discomfort occurs.
Blue: 2–3 times per week on healthy, stable skin. Pause blue-light use when skin is sensitive or unstable.

CARE
After each use, gently wipe the LED surface and inner lining with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive materials and all alcohol-based cleaning tools. Read the included instructions before first use.
